How to change what you do when you are depressed
There are two ways that your actions can make depression worse. The first is stopping doing things, this can include not meeting with friends, stopping doing activities that you used to enjoy or maybe even not looking after yourself the way you used to. The second thing that depressed people often do is to start doing unhelpful things. Common unhelpful actions are starting to drink more alcohol or take drugs.
Fill in boxes below to see how you can change the way depression affects your actions.
