Healthy eating
Over the last 50 years there have been changes in the way food is made. These changes have made the amount of good fats, vitamins and minerals less. We eat less fresh food and more bad fats and sugars. This has upset the balance we should all have in our bodies. As a result, our intake of good fats, vitamins and minerals is now not balanced.
Some evidence says this can lead to problems with depression, concentration and memory.
