This site will tell you about all about mental health and give you some ideas on how best to tackle it.

Our approach is called Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It works in three stages:

you learn a lot more about stress you learn a lot more about how it affects you you use this new knowledge to learn new ways to fighting back against the stress

CBT has been shown to be an effective way to fight stress. It is not a miracle cure - it takes time and it takes effort. So make sure you set aside time each time to do the three stages. Stress is a miserable condition - it is well worth the effort to get back in control of it.
